PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING A SESSION WITH ME.

Senior sessions and graduation sessions are INDIVIDUAL, unless otherwise requested.
If you want any additional people to be in any photo shoot, this must be communicated prior to booking.
Client's full contact information (name, phone number, email address) must be given to the photographer before session.

Clients are NOT to bring additional people to be included in photos. Parents, significant others, or friends are welcome to come and observe, but they will not be in photos unless communicated to the photographer prior to booking the session.
Please be respectful of the photographer's time. Arriving late by 10 minutes or more will add a $20 fee to your service. Every 5 minutes after that, will be $10 per 5 minutes.
Photo turnaround time will be estimated by the photographer at the end of the session. This is NOT a guarantee for delivery of photos, but simply an estimate.

Payment is due at the end of the session. The photographer will not start editing photos until payment is received.
Final edited images will consist of color balancing and basic editing. Any special Photoshop requests will accrue an additional fee.
Venmo, ApplePay, or cash are preferred.
Checks are accepted, but please note that if a check bounces, client will be subject to $50 in addition to the agreed session price.

Client may not alter images in any way- cropping, adding a filter, or any editing of your images is prohibited.
- This includes any kind of photoshop or FaceTune- including editing your fingernails or any part of your body.
Photos will be provided without a watermark, but if the image is to be distributed- for example in a newsletter at your place of employment, an "Olivia Williams Photography" watermark will be used for the purpose of marketing.
Olivia Williams Photography reserves the right to use any photographs for social media, advertising, and portfolios.
